Dear guests, friends, employees and Ischgl fans,

Thank you in advance to everyone who has reached us in the past hours and days and who has given us your support & sympathy in any form. We have received so many positive messages on all channels - that touches our heart and means a lot to us.

Unfortunately we have to tell you that Ischgl has to end the winter season earlier than planned and expected.
The health of an individual is our greatest asset and we as a company and as a tourism community would never risk it. That is why yesterday, the state of Tyrol decided to shut down Ischgl as the first ski area in Austria in order to make room for the fight against the COVID19-CORONA VIRUS.

We sincerely hope and believe that we can all contribute to this together and thus protect older and sick people from risks. That is an absolute priority for us at the moment.

We are deeply affected and the early stop of the season hurts us enormously.

Everything that has an end also has a beginning - so nothing will stand in the way of the dreamy ski ambience in future and next year the village of Ischgl will shine in a new light.

The music is playing again soon, the sun is shining and the panorama will display its beauty to the fullest.

Until then, we would like to thank you all for the loyalty, the light and the energy that you all bring to our beautiful mountain village.
